Hey, I'm Kye Stone.

I work with people who have ADHD or strongly relate to it and feel stuck knowing what needs doing but not being able to start or watching systems fall apart.

This is not therapy and it is not about fixing you. The work is about understanding how your ADHD shows up day to day and building support, routines, or tools that fit your brain.

My role is not to tell you what to do. It is to help you make sense of what is happening and build systems you can trust. If this sounds useful, we can talk and see if working together makes sense.

FAQ

Who is this for?
People who know what they need to do but struggle to start, stay focused, or follow through. ADHD, neurodivergent, or just overwhelmed. No diagnosis required.
What is this?
A mix of tools, structure, and human support designed to help you get unstuck and keep moving, without pressure or rigid systems.
Do I need everything?
No. Most people start with one thing. A focus room, a timer, or a check-in. You can add or drop tools as needed.
What if I stop?
Nothing breaks. There are no streaks, no resets, and no penalties. You can leave and come back whenever you’re ready.
Is this productivity?
Not in the traditional sense. This is about reducing friction and supporting real-life days, not optimising every minute.
Why ADHD-friendly?
Everything is designed for low pressure, flexible use, and easy restarts. No guilt, no motivation speeches.
Is there support?
Yes. You can use tools alone, join shared focus spaces, or get direct human support when your brain feels stuck.
Where do I start?
Start small. Pick the easiest thing. There is no correct order and no pressure to use everything.
